With healthy eating now all the rage and a plant-based diet the most hip of lifestyle choices, our meat-free and all day dining restaurant ETHOS make healthy eating fun, attractive, delicious and simple. Our award winning interiors, showcase abundant displays of beautiful, homemeade dishes inspired from around the globe. With open food pods displaying over 40 hot, cold and sweet dishes you can relax and indulge to your hearts content.

   

Our a la carte breakfast menu is served from Monday to Friday and offers a large selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes.

We operate a ‘Pay by Weight’ system for lunch and dinner, which gives our guests unrivalled flexibility in choice and price.

In the evening, we offer a fuller table service with all drinks including wine, lagers and cocktails served to the table.

Ethos also offer a unique afternoon tea experience. Served at 3pm every day of the week. Our afternoon tea includes a selection of savoury items, desserts and much more. We have a choice of vegan, gluten free, refined sugar-free or as standard, a vegetarian selection.

Ethos sees in a kinder, healthier world in which eating meat-free is the norm and where by 2040, 40% of the European population calls themselves “Flexitarian”; a person who has a primarily vegetarian diet and only occasionally eats meat or fish.
