London has such a growing plant-based community it’s not hard to find amazing veg & vegan food but Ethos hits the mark by far. When I walked in the decor brought the place to life but the food was what kept me returning. The variety of hot and cold dishes from around the globe are phenomenal and each dish has a punch of flavour. Ethos is now my favourite veg restaurant in London just because of the tasty variety and also that their small desserts were just absolutely making me drool.
